These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Flavah Foodie Critics Limited ("we," "our," "us"). By using Flavah, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account Registration
- You must create an account to post reviews, ratings, or photos.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
2. User Content
You retain ownership of the reviews, photos, videos, ratings, and other content you submit ("User Content"), but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Display it within the App.
- Use it for marketing, promotion, and improvement of the App.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure that:
- It does not infringe any third-party rights.
- It is truthful and based on your own experience.
- It is not illegal, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory.
We may remove any content at our discretion.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post fake or misleading reviews.
- Harass or threaten other users.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the App.
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Use automated tools (bots) to interact with the App.
- Create reviews meant to be disguised as Advertisements for specific events/promotions.
Flavah reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any content that breaches these standards. Severe or repeated violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination without notice.
4. User-Generated Content Disclaimer
Flavah is a platform that enables users to post reviews, ratings, photos, videos, and other content related to their dining experiences. These contributions are the sole opinions and responsibility of the individuals who post them.
We do not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any user-generated content posted on the platform.
By using Flavah, you acknowledge and agree that any views or opinions expressed by other users are not those of Flavah, its owners, developers, or affiliates. Flavah disclaims all liability related to user submissions and reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove content that violates our Terms or Community Standards.
5. Location Services
- The App may request your GPS location to provide nearby restaurant suggestions.
- You can disable location sharing in your device settings, but certain features may not work.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services such as Google Places API to provide restaurant and location information. By using the App, you also agree to be bound by their terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, except for User Content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Misuse the App.
- Engage in illegal activities.
You may request to remove or disable your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.
If your account is terminated, you are NOT entitled to any reimbursement and/or refund!
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That restaurant data will always be accurate or up to date.
- That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Losses or damages arising from your use of the App.
- The actions of other users.
- Inaccurate or outdated information from third-party sources.
