  • Reviews, ratings, "Top 10" lists, photos, and videos you submit.

  • GPS location when you use the map/explore feature (only if you grant permission).

d. Device & Usage Information

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system.

  • Restaurant and place information from Google Places API.
  • Data from third-party logins, if you use them.

2. How We Will Obtain Your Consent

Consent is requested during the sign-up process.

  • Users must tick a clearly labeled checkbox stating: "I agree to Flavah's Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of my data as described."
  • The checkbox will not be pre-selected.
  • Users must actively check the box to complete registration.
